FAQs

What does a home inspection include?
Our inspection services covers the visible and accessible components of your home’s structure, roofing, exterior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior spaces and built-in appliances. We do not move large personal items or dismantle system. We do perform a thorough visual inspection in line with the Texas standards. After the inspection is completed, you will receive a clear report and video summary so you understand everything we found.
Most inspections take 2 to 3 hours, depending on the home’s size, age, and condition. Larger or older homes may take a little longer to inspect thoroughly.

Yes when appropriate, I offer additional services or coordinate them. This can include sewer scope inspections, pool inspections, septic systems, and wood-destroying insect inspections. If a specialized evaluation is recommended, I can help coordinate with trusted local professionals.
Pricing depends on size, age, and scope of the home. Most inspections start around $495, with adjustments for larger homes or additional services.
We proudly serve Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and surrounding Central Texas areas. Call for more information about inspections far outside of these areas.
